this is where you can put things that need to get done, but maybe don’t need to get done today. I call this a peace of mind to-do list because it allows you to feel less stressed and have more brain space. Whenever I have so many things floating around my brain that I know need to get done eventually, but aren’t on my priority list of the day, it adds to my stress and makes me feel out of control and overwhelmed. A peace of mind to-do list helps me feel assured I won’t forget these things, so they don’t need to take up space in my brain and I can focus on my priorities. These will be waiting for you when you’re ready to tackle them!
