a new way I’ve been doing my groceries is deciding on meals ahead of time, and then writing down ingredients for each one. This way, when I’m hungry and don’t know what to make, I can easily reference this page to remind myself of the things I want to cook! Ideally, this means I’m buying the ingredients I need and not forgetting anything, helping with motivation when it's time to cook, and also I’m saving $ by not buying things that aren’t for any other purpose.
